The main focus of Dr. Lober’s practice is on German and European
competition
law and IT law. He advises leading manufacturing corporations
on competition matters (construction materials, refinery products,
pharmaceuticals) and represents them before the public antitrust authorities.
In the IT sector he is active in contract development and youth protection
matters for publicly traded computer games manufacturing companies.
He routinely counsels leading, innovative internet corporations on
matters such as the implementation of new business models.
Additionally, Dr. Lober gives lectures and regularly publishes contributions
on current legal matters relating to his practice. Vita
Dr. Andreas Lober, born in 1971, studied law at the universities of Tübingen
and Aix-en-Provence (France). He received his doctorate under the professorship
of Prof. Dr. Ronellenfitsch at the University of Tübingen. He completed
his legal clerkship in Heidelberg and Brussels. Prior to his move to SCHULTE
RIESENKAMPFF., Dr. Lober held a managerial position for a large European internet
provider and practiced in a major German law firm.
